Happy Monday,  hope you are all doing fine. I hope you had an amazing weekend, it's was raining all through the weekend here in Paris, so I decided to spend my weekend indoor cooking delicious meals, watching movies, and read some books; in short I had a great time with my family. Okay the weekend is over so let's get back to business.

Positive Thinking is very important in our daily life, because is the great source of personal motivation to face the life challenges. I believe you will all agree that sometimes life is full of obstacles and challenges, and what you need is to use those challenges and obstacles as a stepping stone to achieve your success.

"You've done it before and you can do it now. See the positive possibilities. Redirect the substantial energy of your frustration and turn it into positive, effective, unstoppable determination".
Ralph Marston
What is Positive thinking?
The writer and educator Kendra Cherry explains that Positive Thinking actually means approaching life's challenges with a positive outlook. It does not necessarily mean avoiding or ignoring the bad things; instead, it involves making the most of potentially bad situations, trying to see the best in other people, and viewing yourself and your abilities in a positive light.

"If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges".

Now you can see that, you need to have positive attitudes all the time, Positive Thinking not only increase your abilities  to tackle the life challenges and boost your confidence but also helps you to be a happy person (that feeling in your mind when you believes everything is going to be alright no matter how  many problems you have, you are going to stand up, face your fear and conquer your challenges) that's positive thinking will always put a smile on your face.

Negative Thinking sucks and negative people always look frustrated. Remember no one is born to be a super hero, you can learn and practice  to be a positive person, try to associate with positive minded people, read and listen to motivational and inspirational speech, love  yourself and believe that you deserve better.

"Few things in the world are more powerful than a positive push. A smile. A world of optimism and hope. A 'you can do it' when things are tough".
