Happy Monday, hope you are all doing fine. I hope you had an amazing weekend, it's was raining all through the weekend here in Paris, so I decided to spend my weekend indoor cooking delicious meals, watching movies, and read some books; in short I had a great time with my family. Okay the weekend is over so let's get back to business.
Positive Thinking is very important in our daily life, because is the great source of personal motivation to face the life challenges. What is Positive thinking?

It does not necessarily mean avoiding or ignoring the bad things; instead, it involves making the most of potentially bad situations, trying to see the best in other people, and viewing yourself and your abilities in a positive light.
